Dry air generator is applied for transformers, reactors and other large electrical equipment for the supply of dry air at overhaul. The dry air can provided to prevent the electrical equipment from getting moisture of the internal insulation, while maintenance personnel working inside equipment would not be stifled due to hypoxia. Compared with nitrogen, its use can be more secure and reliable, economical and convenient. By use of dry air generators, equipment maintenance will not be affected from changes in external weather conditions. In particular, during the overnight operation, the only need is to seal all the flanges, filled with dry air, without the need for oiling. Meanwhile, transformer reactor will not get dampened. This reduced the the workload of daily pumping and oiling, achieving the effect of shortening repair period and to improve the quality of maintenance. Oil filtering process allows the dry air on fuel-injection equipment including cabinet and liquid. When it comes to oil filtering in rainy days and humid environment, insulating oil quality can be guaranteed to be improved with lower water content. After oil tanks (tank) is linked with dry air generators, spare oil inventories are ensured to have a long-term qualified state, ready to use for assault works.
