The device uses the specially developed H, P, M adsorption polymer materials, to make them into the FH rectangle deep-seated, high-precision filtration system. In processing the hydraulic oil, turbine oil, lubricating oil and other oil products, the first conducted is coalescence separation for the removal of large moisture; And through the vacuum evaporation system, trace moisture removal of depth is done and followed by high-precision micro-filtration, thereby enabling oil to be in the renewable use by purification.
This device perfectly combines rapid removal of a large amount of moisture in the coalescence-separation with the vacuum evaporation for trace moisture in-depth removal, with remarkable features in rapid dehydration and high efficiency. It is specifically applicable to lubrication system and the hydraulic system with large capacity of the fuel tank and the system flow, and with more moisture ingress and particle pollutants in power plants, petrochemical and metallurgical industries.
Either the coalescence-separation system or the vacuum evaporation system can be used alone; the combination of the two systems can also be used.
